Slow Cooker Sausage Casserole

Recommended slow-cooker size: 3–6 litre slow cooker

• 5–6 litre slow cooker
• Frying pan
• Knife
• Chopping board
• Peeler
• Wooden spoon

• 6 sausages
• 2 onions, peeled and chopped
• 3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 300 ml sausage casserole mix
• 1 tin chopped tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
• 1 teaspoon chopped garlic

Brown the sausages in a frying pan over a medium heat until coloured on all sides. Transfer them to a slow cooker.
